Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor youth, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect students with necessary resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing culture for pre-K through 12th grade residential students while enabling professional development.
