Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver youth development programs focused on academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior among students and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect learners with necessary resources. Support the Education, Training & E-Learning department's mission within Milton Hershey School's cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment.
