Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaborate with teachers to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School while enabling professional growth through direct student impact.
