Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. This role focuses on designing and implementing initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution dedicated to nurturing a diverse culture and making lasting impacts on student lives.
