Full-Time Youth Specialist

Mentor students, facilitate small groups, and collaborate with teachers to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. This Full-Time Youth Specialist position within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School focuses on fostering student development in a cost-free residential pre-K through 12th grade environment.
