Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct daily mentoring and small-group facilitation to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect students with resources. This role resides within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution known for its nurturing, diverse culture.
