Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Work within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, to help students thrive in a nurturing, diverse culture.
