Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver youth development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and mentor students while collaborating with teachers to promote positive behavior and connect them with resources. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, where you will make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
