Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor youth, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect students with resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This full-time residential role offers professional growth within a nurturing, diverse culture focused on lasting impact for pre-K through 12th grade students.
