Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with necessary resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at the cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential Milton Hershey School, offering opportunities for professional growth and lasting impact on student lives.
