Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to implement these initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This full-time role is part of a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment at Milton Hershey School, offering a nurturing, diverse culture focused on making a lasting impact on students' lives.
