Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff. Assist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department by helping students navigate their residential school experience from pre-K through 12th grade. This role fosters a nurturing, diverse culture within Milton Hershey School, offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
