Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department to foster student well-being. This Full-Time Youth Specialist role offers professional growth within a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
