Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions and design development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. Deliver education, training, and e-learning initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while making a lasting impact on students' lives through direct engagement and program delivery.
