Full-Time Youth Specialist

Deliver development programs and facilitate small groups to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor students, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect them with resources. Design initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
