Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with necessary resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role supports a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment at Milton Hershey School, fostering a nurturing culture where students can make lasting impacts on their lives while growing professionally.
