Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Deliver development programs designed by the team and collaborate with teachers to promote positive behavior. Connect students with necessary resources while working within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role supports pre-K through 12th grade residential students in a nurturing, diverse culture focused on lasting impact and professional development.
