Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct small-group facilitation and mentoring to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive student support. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade, fostering a nurturing, diverse culture focused on lasting impact and professional development.
