Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct small-group facilitation and mentoring to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to enhance student outcomes within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role fosters positive behavior and provides direct impact on student lives within a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School.
