Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. This role focuses on youth development within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
