Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct small-group facilitation and mentoring sessions to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs that promote positive behavior while collaborating with teachers and staff. Connect students with resources to foster their overall well-being within the residential school environment. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade institution dedicated to nurturing a diverse culture.
