Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to the nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade.
