Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group programming and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs that promote positive behavior while collaborating with teachers to connect students with necessary resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution dedicated to fostering a nurturing, diverse culture where students can make a lasting impact on their lives.
