Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. Design and implement initiatives that foster positive behavior within the residential school environment. This role supports students in a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade setting, focusing on making a lasting impact on their lives while growing professionally within the Education, Training & E-Learning department.
