Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions and design development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating closely with teachers and staff. Deliver education, training, and e-learning initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
