Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor youth, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect students with resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution. This full-time role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while making a lasting impact on students' lives through direct engagement and professional collaboration.
