Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaborate with teachers to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. This Full-Time Youth Specialist role is within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
