Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and collaborate with teachers to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. Mentor students within a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment to foster their overall development. This role supports the Education, Training & E-Learning department in making a lasting impact on students' lives within Milton Hershey School's nurturing, diverse culture.
