Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions and design development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Promote positive behavior and collaborate with teachers to connect students with necessary resources. Deliver education, training, and e-learning initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School.
