Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and collaborate with teachers to connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This Full-Time Youth Specialist role is located at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, offering a nurturing, diverse culture focused on making a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
