Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions and design development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. Deliver education, training, and e-learning initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while enabling students to make lasting impacts on their lives.
