Full-Time Youth Specialist

Conduct daily mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture at the cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential Milton Hershey School while enabling professional growth.
