Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate student academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with necessary resources. Support the Education, Training & E-Learning department within Milton Hershey School's cost-free residential pre-K through 12th grade environment, fostering a nurturing culture that enables students to make lasting impacts on their lives.
