Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. Assist in designing and implementing initiatives that foster positive behavior and resource access for the residential student population.
