Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver youth development programs focused on students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. Support the Education, Training & E-Learning department within Milton Hershey School's cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture aimed at making a lasting impact on students' lives while fostering professional development.
