Full-Time Youth Specialist

Lead student development through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. This Full-Time Youth Specialist role is based at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. The position fosters a nurturing, diverse culture focused on making a lasting impact on students' lives while offering opportunities for professional growth.
