Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. Design and oversee youth development initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while enabling students to make lasting impacts on their lives.
