Full-Time Youth Specialist

Mentor students through small-group facilitation and collaborate with teachers to design and deliver development programs that support academic, social, and emotional growth. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while working within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role supports students' holistic development at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, fostering a nurturing culture where candidates can make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
