Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions and deliver development programs focused on students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. Design and execute initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department to support the holistic development of pre-K through 12th grade residential students at Milton Hershey School.
