Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group activities and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. Manage daily responsibilities within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School's cost-free residential facility.
