Full-Time Youth Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This Full-Time Youth Specialist role is located at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, and focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture that enables lasting impact on students' lives.
