Full-Time Youth Specialist

Mentor and support Milton Hershey School students across academic, social, and emotional development through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources within the residential school environment to support holistic growth and professional development for staff.
