Full-Time Youth Specialist

Develop and deliver youth development programs to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor students through mentoring and small-group facilitation, collaborating with teachers and staff to design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. Work within Milton Hershey School’s residential education environment to foster a nurturing culture and make a lasting impact on students’ lives while growing professionally.
