Full-Time Youth Specialist at Milton Hershey School (residential pre-K–12). Responsible for mentoring, facilitating small groups, designing and delivering development programs, promoting positive behavior, and connecting students with resources. Collaborates with teachers and staff to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth within a nurturing, diverse residential education environment.
