Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources and assist in training and e-learning initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to the school's nurturing, diverse culture and makes a lasting impact on students' lives at Milton Hershey School.
