Full-Time Youth Specialist

Youth Development Specialist responsible for supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources within Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning department. The role emphasizes hands-on student mentorship, program delivery, and fostering a nurturing, inclusive school culture to help students thrive academically and personally.
