Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect students with resources. Work within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School to foster a nurturing, diverse culture that enables lasting impact on students' lives while supporting professional development.
