Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group programs and deliver development initiatives to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor youth, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect students with necessary resources. Design and oversee development programs within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
