Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive support across the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, where students receive free pre-K through 12th grade education.
