Full-Time Youth Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and positive behavior promotion. Design and deliver development programs while collaborating with teachers and staff to connect students with resources. Assist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, fostering a nurturing culture that promotes lasting impact on students' lives.
